Pacific Fund Systems appoints Chief Operating Officer

Pacific Fund Systems Limited (PFS) the leading global provider of fully integrated fund accounting and administration software via the PFS-PAXUS application, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Kneen as PFS Chief Operating Officer (COO) with effect from July 15, 2015. Paul has gained over 25 years’ experience in the banking and financial services industry specialising in the fund and fiduciary sectors. Prior to joining PFS Paul was Chief Executive Officer of the Abacus Financial Services Group (AFSG) where he had overall responsibility for AFSG’s international operations across its regulated group companies. Paul has previously held management positions with HSBC, Fortis and the Bank of Bermuda and was a director of International Corporate Management of Bermuda and Bermuda Commercial Bank, responsible for all day-to-day operations of each entity. Paul has also held board positions on a wide range of international corporations and investment funds trading across all major asset classes including private equity, hedge funds and alternative investments. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Communication, is a former Chairman of the IoM Funds Association, is a personally Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
