PFS' CEO Paul Kneen speaks at IFI funds briefing on the Evolution of the CDOTs into the 2020's

18 July 2018

PFS' CEO Paul Kneen added his expertise to the IFI funds briefing series on 'Offshore centres in the 2020's: Evolution of the CDoTs (crown dependencies and offshore territories)' which was organised by the publishers of AlternativeDomicileIntelligence. Insightful presentations were given by the chairman of Cayman Stock Exchange, Tony Travers,  Channel Islands based advocate, Gavin Farrell, and Jack Marriot, Partner at Maples and Chair of the IFC forum. Discussions centred on the forced introduction of public beneficial ownership registers and the need to continually remind UK and 'onshore' central governments of the important role the CDoTs Fund regimes play; in particular providing a well regulated, efficient and highly compliant service in collectivising and administering global capital flows from investors to investments internationally to the benefit of all parties.
