PFS' Contributes to UNICEF Syria and Türkiye Earthquake Emergency Appeal

Following the devastating earthquake that has hit Türkiye and Syria, Pacific Fund Systems Limited has donated to UNICEF Australia, in hopes to help and support those who have been hardest hit by the heart-breaking earthquake. The scale of devastation is severe: ·       More than 18,000 people killed ·       Over 69,000 people injured ·       As many as 11,000 families are now homeless The money donated towards this cause will help the UNICEF team deliver essential supplies and services to Türkiye and Syria including access to safe water and sanitation services, emergency supplies for operating theatres, along with nutrition supplies. In addition to this, with the earthquake hitting during winter, sub-zero temperatures are not uncommon. Donations will also be used to supply hygiene kits, blankets, and winter clothes. Thousands of homes have been destroyed, exposing families to the freezing elements, and children have been separated from their loved ones in the chaos.
