PFS COVID-19 preparedness statement

Dear Clients, In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, PFS would like to take this opportunity to assure our clients that we have planned to maintain continued operations relating to the current and developing coronavirus situation. We actively tested and refined our business continuity plans as part of our standard review process aimed at minimising potential business disruption under the current environment. The safety, health and well-being of our staff, clients and suppliers is of utmost priority. In order to protect our staff and mitigate the impacts of further widespread infection, PFS has implemented a number of measures with immediate effect including;

• All PFS staff have the ability to work from home to continue normal operations and will be working from home as necessary to avoid unnecessary travel and/or to comply with any local Governments isolation mandates as may be prescribed. Staff in all offices have physically tested remote connectivity should this be required. The majority of staff in our Sydney offices have already commenced working from home to avoid public transit commutes.
• All staff have been advised to follow the practice of all appropriate hygiene measures.
• All staff have been advised to consider any related advisories in relation to personal travel.
• We have established additional communication channels to ensure all staff remain in contact with each other and connected to our support services regardless of working location.
• All staff are aware of and have been advised to follow related guidelines as may be issued by respective governmental authorities.

Our internal policies have been refined and distributed to our staff with regular updates as this issue unfolds. Allowing for the continued well-being of our staff, we do not foresee any delay or impact to our standard operating processes, including our support services and our release program. We sincerely hope that all our of our staff, clients, colleagues, families and friends remain safe and well through this difficult time.
