PFS' Donation in support of Expedition Limitless 2023

50% of all mental health issues are developed by the age of 14… PFS’ most recent charitable donation was made to support Expedition Limitless 2023. The expedition aims to raise £50,000 for Isle Listen and comprises of 8 young people and 4 local business leaders undertaking a 110km snowshoe trek above the Arctic Circle in March 2023. The mission goals are to demonstrate the resilience of young people when they are supported properly and given a goal to work toward. As a company, we have pledged a commitment to give back to the communities in which we work and live via charitable donations. Each month our CSR committee is encouraged to discuss and identify local charities we can support, and this contribution was put forward by our Head of Sales and Marketing, Kelly Ashe. Isle listen is a young person's mental health charitable organisation focused on early intervention & prevention; helping to avoid the unnecessary escalation of mental health problems. Karl Staniford, a participant of this event, added: “A huge thank you to 'PFS' for the generous donation.
